Dijital Çağda Kültürel Mirasın Dönüşümü: Z Kuşağının Yapay Zekâ Destekli Deneyimleri (The Transformation of Cultural Heritage in the Digital Age: Generation Z’s Artificial Intelligence–Supported Experiences)

Bu çalışma, yapay zekâ destekli kültürel miras içeriklerinin Z kuşağı tarafından nasıl değerlendirildiğini ve bu değerlendirmelerde yapay zekâ kullanım alışkanlığı ile kullanım düzeyinin rolünü incelemektedir. Tek gruplu son test ön deneysel desenle yürütülen araştırmaya, belirlenen ölçütleri karşılayan 424 üniversite öğrencisi katılmıştır. Katılımcılara Side Antik Kenti’ni konu alan yapay zekâ destekli bir video izletilmiş; ardından kültürel miras deneyimi, teknoloji aracılı deneyim ve davranışsal niyetleri değerlendirilmiştir. Temel bileşenler analizi sonucunda kültürel miras deneyimi maddeleri tek bileşen, teknoloji aracılı deneyim maddeleri ise iki bileşen altında toplanmıştır. Hiyerarşik regresyon sonuçları, yapay zekâ kullanım düzeyinin tüm deneyim boyutları ile davranışsal niyetin en güçlü yordayıcısı olduğunu göstermiştir. Yapay zekâ kullanım alışkanlığı bazı deneyim boyutları üzerinde etkili olmuş, ancak davranışsal niyet üzerinde anlamlı bir etki göstermemiştir. Bulgular, yapay zekâ destekli kültürel miras içeriklerinin değerlendirilmesinde kullanıcıların teknolojiyle kurdukları ilişkinin belirleyici olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca yapay zekâ kullanım alışkanlığı ile kullanım düzeyinin birlikte yüksek olması, deneyimi her zaman güçlendirmemiş; bazı boyutlarda etkiyi zayıflatmıştır.
